Blade _ Martensitic steel AISI 420 N.1.4034 X46Cr13 and N.1.4419 X38CrMo14 - Hardness 54/56 Rockwell degrees.
Handle _ Polyamide (nylon) PA6 - non-toxic, non-deformable - resistant up to 180° C - injection molded directly onto the blade.
All materials are suitable for food contact in compliance with national regulations (DM 21.03.73 and subsequent amendments) and the EEC Directive (89/109).
