The RIALINOX® FOOD French Type Slicing knife is available in four lengths (20, 25, 30, 36 cm) to adapt to any counter and any product to be sliced. The French profile of the blade ensures regular and uniform slices of cured meats, cold cuts, roasts, and cooked meats: from mortadella to sliced cooked ham, from roast beef to headcheese. The length is chosen based on the size of the product — 20 cm for short cured meats, 36 cm for larger mortadellas.
