The RIALINOX® FOOD Soft Cheese Raised Handle Knife is specifically designed for cutting soft and creamy cheeses. The raised handle keeps the operator's fingers away from the cutting surface, ensuring safety and full blade travel. The 22 cm blade (height 5.6 cm / 3.5 cm in the sharpened part) glides effortlessly through soft cheeses, preventing product deformation.
