The RIALINOX® FOOD PREMANA Knife draws inspiration from the knife-making tradition of Valsassina (LC) and is designed for cutting hard and semi-hard cheeses. The 16 cm blade with a raised heel (height 4.8 cm / 2.5 cm in the sharpened section) ensures maximum penetration into the compact texture of aged cheeses without requiring excessive force.
