"RIALINOX®" cleavers are manufactured using materials that guarantee compliance with current regulations concerning objects intended for contact with food products (Art. 16 of EC Regulation 1935/2004 and Art. 4, paragraph 5 of DPR 777/82).
Blade made of martensitic stainless steel AISI 420 N.1.4034 X46Cr13 and N.1.4419 X38CrMo14 with a hardness of 54/56 Rockwell degrees.
Handle made of non-toxic, undeformable polyamide (nylon) PA6, resistant up to 180° C, injection-molded directly onto the blade.
All materials are suitable for contact with food in compliance with National regulations (DM 21.03.73 and subsequent amendments) and EEC Directive (89/109).
