The RIALINOX® FOOD Honeycomb Salmon Knife is designed for the professional slicing of smoked salmon and fish into thin fillets. The 30 cm blade (3.0 cm high) features dimples that reduce meat adhesion to the blade, allowing for uniform, thin, and intact slices without tearing—essential for quality presentation at the counter or in the kitchen.
