The 28 cm wide-blade RIALINOX® FOOD Chopping Knife is the large format version for the most demanding cuts at the counter: whole pork rack, beef hindquarters with bone, large tuna and swordfish steaks. Available in two thicknesses — 5 mm (1.0 kg) for maximum robustness and 4 mm (0.85 kg) for a lighter version — it suits operators with different weight and cutting needs. The 28 cm blade with a height of 10 cm covers even the widest pieces in a single pass.
