The RIALINOX® LUX S French type Trimming/Skinning Knife 28 cm is the largest version of the range, designed for industrial slaughterhouses with high production volumes and large beef carcasses. With an exceptional blade height of 4.8 cm — the largest in the entire LUX S Trimming range — it offers the widest scraping surface available, minimizing the number of movements required for the complete trimming of heavy carcasses. The rigidity and durability of 1.4116 steel ensure consistent performance even during the most intensive work sessions.

  • Trimming heavy beef carcasses in high-throughput industrial slaughterhouses
  • Finishing large muscle surfaces with the minimum number of passes
