The RIALINOX® FOOD Narrow Ham Model Knife is designed for manual slicing of cured ham, featuring a narrower and more flexible blade than the Wide model. Available in 28 and 30 cm (height 2.2 cm), its thin blade adapts to the uneven surface of whole hams, following their profile and producing thin, transparent slices that enhance aroma and presentation, as required by high-end charcuterie and quality restaurants.
