The RIALINOX® LUX S 13 cm straight edge boning knife is designed for precision boning operations on beef and pork. The compact 13 cm blade with a straight edge ensures linear and controlled cuts in tight spaces: around the vertebrae, along the edge of the shoulder blade, and in the pig's hip joints. The robustness of 1.4116 steel, combined with the precise geometry of the blade, allows working close to the bone, minimizing meat waste.
