Handle _ Polyamide (nylon) PA6 - non-toxic, non-deformable - resistant up to 180° C - die-cast directly onto the blade.

All materials are suitable for contact with food in accordance with National (DM 21.03.73 and subsequent amendments) and EEC (89/109) regulations.
