The RIALINOX® LUX T boning knife with a straight spine and 13 cm blade is designed for precise boning of small and medium-sized poultry: chicken, quail, and pigeon. The straight spine of the blade ensures linear and controlled cuts along the spine, breast, and flat surfaces of the carcass. The round tip ("T" designation), combined with the compact 13 cm blade, offers maximum maneuverability in tight areas, such as the hip joint and the connection between thighs and carcass.
