The RIALINOX® FOOD Cleaver Model 37, 24 cm, is the large format in the range, designed for the most demanding operations at the counter: beef rack, whole pork head, large tuna and swordfish steaks. With a blade height of 15.0 cm and a weight of 1.5 kg, it generates the impact force necessary to divide cuts with robust bones — pork vertebrae, beef ribs, large joints — without excessive effort for the operator. The highest blade in the range ensures stability in striking large section cuts.
