The Affilella kitchen knife sharpener is a professional sharpening machine for kitchen knives and scissors. It maintains efficiency and speed even with multiple and frequent sharpenings. It consists of a main aluminum body, a painted steel base that contains the electrical system, and a front stainless steel structure where the grinding wheels are housed. It has two helical wheels coated with super abrasive CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) for sharpening knives, a ceramic wheel for sharpening scissors, and a flap abrasive wheel for polishing the bevel of knives and scissors.
Easy to use, compact, maneuverable, it has low maintenance costs.

It can be equipped with a blade guide, a useful accessory for safe sharpening and achieving excellent results from the first sharpening.
