Ideal for craftsmen and the meat processing industry, for all types of knives. Continuous arm adjustment, areas for wedge or convex sharpening.
Equipped with a felt wheel for deburring and polishing the blade, it saves space thanks to its compact design. Features a quiet motor with low vibrations.
Rubber feet for greater stability.

Some tips for achieving the best knife edge for its intended use:

  1. Wash the knife thoroughly to remove grease from the handle and blade.
  2. Check the efficiency and proper functioning of the Sharpener.
  3. Sharpen with a suitable grit grinding wheel or belt and under water.
  4. Ideal sharpening angle 27°. To optimize knife performance and work safely, the edge angle must be specific for:
    • Slicing: razor edge
    • Trimming/Sectioning: semi-round edge
    • Opening and boning in contact with bone: rounder edge
  5. After sharpening, remove the burr with a fine grinding wheel or by hand with a stone.
  6. Finally, polish the edge with a felt wheel for a smoother cut.

Repeat washing and sterilization of the knife before storing it.
