Easy, fast and sharp: knife blades are sharpened on the large lamellar wheel, and thanks to the spacing between the air-cooled lamellae; then the edge can be polished on the felt.
The machine impresses with its easy handling; it allows convex sharpening.

Some tips for achieving the best knife edge for its intended use:

  1. Wash the knife thoroughly to remove grease from the handle and blade
  2. Check the efficiency and proper functioning of the Sharpener
  3. Sharpen with a suitable grit wheel or belt grinder, wet-grinding
  4. Ideal sharpening angle 27°. To optimize knife performance and work safely, the edge angle must be specific for:
    • Slicing: razor edge
    • Trimming/Portioning: semi-rounded edge
    • Opening and boning with bone contact: more rounded edge
  5. After sharpening, remove the burr with a fine wheel or by hand with a stone
  6. Finally, polish the edge with felt for a smoother cut

Repeat washing and sterilization of the knife before storing it
