Compact, light and flexible design that allows it to perfectly adapt to the face, offering unique and innovative protection, reducing the risk of incompatibility between PPE and reducing fogging problems. A large central non-return valve minimizes the user's breathing resistance and the formation of humidity inside the mask.

Lightweight, non-slip strap, easily adjustable in 4 positions, to improve comfort and make use safe even in conditions of high humidity or wetness.

 

Properties:

Gas filters contain activated carbon granules with specific characteristics related to pore size, granule size, activation level, density, etc. These characteristics ensure high adsorption performance and low breathing resistance.

Each mask is equipped with two filters for protection against gases, vapours and dusts.

Once the filters are exhausted, they can be replaced with new replacement filters.

This mask is recommended for organic gases and dusts, pesticides, paints, solvents in the automotive, construction, agricultural and shipbuilding industries or repairs.

The lens is made of Polycarbonate and can withstand impacts of 120m per second. The applied coating meets (N) Anti Fog and exceeds the standard (K) anti-scratch coating on the market for greater durability.

Certifications: Integra mask (with visor) conforming to EN 140:1998 & EN 166:2002. Dust filters conforming to EN 143:2000+A1:2006. Combined filters conforming to standard 14387:2004+A1:2008.

Efficiency: At 1000 ppm: P3 > 99.95% porosity 0.3 um. At 1000 ppm: A1 > 70 minutes cyclohexane.

Material: medical grade TPE thermoelastomer, latex and silicone free.

Filters: activated carbon with ABS cartridge. HESPA™ mechanical filters encapsulated in TPE synthetic fabric.

Durability: 5 years for mask and filters.
